Een loopbaan coaching traject duurt meestal 3 tot 4 maanden. Waarom? Omdat het tijd en toewijding vergt om jouw doelen te bereiken en duurzame verandering te realiseren. Echte vooruitgang gebeurt niet van de één op de andere dag; het is geen ‘quick fix’.

CAREER CLARITY PLUS TRAJECT

Naast het standaard Career Clarity traject bied ik ook een uitgebreidere versie aan: het Career Clarity Plus traject.

Dit traject bevat alles uit het standaard Career Clarity Traject, maar is uitgebreid met een DISC-test. Hiermee krijg je aanvullend diepgaand inzicht in jouw persoonlijke gedragsstijl en ontwikkelen we samen een nog gerichter groeiplan dat je helpt effectiever te communiceren, beter om te gaan met werkdruk en jouw loopbaan bewust vorm te geven.

DISC is een praktische en inzichtgevende methode die laat zien hoe jij omgaat met mensen, veranderingen en uitdagingen. Met een korte online vragenlijst krijg je in 10-15 minuten helder inzicht in jouw natuurlijke gedragsstijl (kernpatroon) en het gedrag dat je bewust inzet (gewenst patroon). Dit helpt je knelpunten te herkennen, effectiever te communiceren en beter om te gaan met stress en energieverlies.
Samen met mij gebruik je deze persoonlijke stijl analyse als fundament om in het coachingstraject ontwikkel-punten te bepalen en concrete acties op te stellen. Denk aan thema’s zoals time management, conflicthantering, communicatie, grenzen aangeven en assertiviteit.
